Several EPICS device and driver support software packages has been developed for Ethernet/TCPIP network connected control devices at KEK. Those devices include; Yokogawa's FA-M3 PLCs, Yokogawa's MW100 Data Acquisition Units, Yokogawa's DARWIN Data Acquisition Units, Keyence's KV-1000/3000/... PLCs, Chino KE3000 Data Loggers. Software maintenance information of netDev is kept here.
If you use FA-M3 PLCs, please note that netDev would be used with ladder CPUs. If you use FA-M3's F3RP71/F3RP61 Linux CPUs, you will be interested in the relevant device support for embedded IOCs.
Please send your comments and questions to K.Furukawa, J.Odagiri or S.Yamada.
Maintenance of netDev has been taken over by S.Yamada.
The newest refined netDev is available from the following page.
Added Mbbi/mbbo record support to YewPlc, &U and &L options are recognized, Refined treatment of byte swapping.
