WAO2012 Poster Session Guideline

The poster sessions will be held Wednesday, August 8 at 3:30 pm in ROB (Research Office Building #48). We are planning for 30 posters. SLAC will provide foam-board 30"x40" (76 cm x 101 cm), easels and pushpins. No audiovisual equipment will be supplied.

If you plan to present a poster paper, please email Helen O'Donnell with a brief description no later than July 27, so we know how many posters we are expecting.

Poster display area will be available in ROB from Tuesday, August 7 at 1 pm for set up. Each author will be expected to remain with his/her poster presentation throughout the poster session for discussion and questions. Posters may remain up through next morning, but authors are responsible for retrieving their posters no later than 11:00am on Thursday, August 9.
