Optional three lab tours will be held on Saturday, May 29. The tours will include bus transportation on Saturday morning, lunch and transportation back in the evening.

The lab tour desk is now open beside the Resistration Desk to offer the lab tour information until 12:00 AM on Friday, May 28th.
The tour fee, which covers the bus transportation, lunch, and the entrance fees, is as follows;
- Conference participant and companions: 5,000 JPY per person
- Companions under 18 years old: Free
This tour fee is not included in your registration fee.
If you have not completed payment for the fee, you are kindly asked to pay at the lab tour desk.

Please hand the lab tour ticket to a tour conductor when you ride the bus.
In the course B and C, transportation service for convenient access to the two airports, Osaka Airport(Itami Airport) and Kansai International Airport, will be available upon your request. However, please mind the arrival time will not be guaranteed. Please ask at the lab tour desk.

The bus will arrive at Osaka Airport(Itami Airport) after 5:30 PM (tentative) only by request.
< Course-C >
Kansai International Airport is within 10 minutes' train ride from Rinku Town Station near the restaurant for lunch. The bus will arrive at Osaka Airport(Itami Airport) after 6:00 PM (tentative) only by request.
All buses will return to Kyoto in the evening, and stop over at Kyoto Station, Shijo-Karasuma, Kawaramachi-Oike before arriving at KICC. (See map)
Any changes and cancellations must be communicated by e-mail in writing to the Registration and Organizing Secretariat (regist@m.ipac10.org).
A laboratory tour at KEK and J-PARC will be available on Monday, May 31. In case you choose the tour at the online registration, local secretariat will contact you to make arrangements. Please note that KEK is 400 km east from Kyoto.
The fee is 1,000 Japanese Yen. Please pay it in CASH at Tour Desk in the conference site.
