The superconducting RF test facility (STF) in KEK is the facility for developing superconducting Linac technologies of the International Linear Collider (ILC). The STF accelerator is a test accelerator by the integration of these ILC technologies such as superconducting cavities and cryomodules. In 2015, the cavities in the 12m-cryomodule and the 6m-cryomodule were tested the accelerating gradient with 2K cold state, and achieved 30.3MV/m average gradient for total 12 cavites. They were powered individually by the klystron, and processed up cavity by cavity. After the high power test, the waveguide system to distribute the klystron power to 8 cavities simultaneously was constructed. The MARX modulator for the multi-beam-klystron is also newly developed and installed, and is under improvement of pulse voltage flatness. These recent new developments of the STF accelerator will be summarized and discussed in this paper.
