Low level RF (LLRF) controllers for cERL, STF and SuperKEKB were developed
with a concept of "Channel Access on microTCA Interconnect".
Linux-based EPICS IOCs are embedded on to microTCA cards (Advanced
Mezzanine Cards).
They were planned by RF group and control group of cERL, STF and SuperKEKB,
and were fabricated by Mitsubishi Electric Tokki System Co.
LLRF data acquisition and digital feedback controls are implemented
with FPGA and 16bit DAC/ADC.
