Oral sessions will be held in the format of open Zoom meeting room. We ask you to mute yourself for the duration of the session, but you may have the camera open.
Presentations will be live, and questions can be submitted through the chat, the chair will decide on reading the questions aloud or granting the asking person access to the microphone to generate some discussion between the participants.
For the presenters:
- Upload your contribution to Indico before OCT 1st.
- On the day you are presenting we will ask you to share your screen. If you are new to Zoom we suggest to make yourself familiar with it.
- Contact us at wao2021@cells.es if you want to test your presentation the week before the Workshop.
For the chairs:
- There will be a specific e-mail sent to the chairs one week before the Workshop.
