Beam wire scanners are installed in the injector linac and beam transport lines at KEK electron/positron accelerator complex. A group of four wire scanners are utilized to measure the transverse beam profiles and the Twiss parameters. For now Five groups are installed along the beam lines.
VME IOC controls and monitors stepper motors, high-voltage power supplies, photo-multipliers, etc. through CAMAC and GPIB interfaces.
Several wire scanners will be additionally installed for SuperKEKB. At the same time the control architecture would be rejuvenated.
